Part 3: Reflection & Interview Prompts
(To be used for a deeper, personalized discussion with a Lepeley Academy coach after completing Parts 1 & 2.)
These prompts are designed to uncover the "why" behind the answers and explore passions more deeply.
Deep Dive into Interests:
"Looking at the areas where you scored highest, what specific activities or subjects within those areas truly excite you? What makes them feel different from other things you do?"
"If you had unlimited time and resources, what's one thing you would love to learn, create, or master?"
"Think about a time you felt completely 'in the zone' – absorbed in an activity where time seemed to disappear. What were you doing?"
Problem-Solving & Challenges:
"Describe a challenge you (or your child) faced recently. How did you approach solving it? What felt easy or natural about that process, and what felt difficult?"
"What kind of problems in the world (big or small) bother you the most, and how do you imagine you could contribute to solving them?"
Future & Impact:
"Imagine yourself 10-15 years from now, doing something you love. What does that look like? What kind of impact are you making?"
"If you could combine two of your strongest interests into a unique career or project, what would it be?" (e.g., music + technology, language + helping others).
"What kind of environment do you thrive in? (e.g., collaborative, independent, structured, flexible, creative, analytical)."
